On what started as a gorgeous sunny day (photographers nightmare) things soon started to cloud over during our shoot which led to some beautiful nice lighting, along with some nicely lit dramatic skies! (I love a good sky)

Anyway, in the sunny, not so sunny, area of Crosby there is a lovely 1 mile walk around the marina/lake. If you have never been, its a great little walk with a park, mini woodland and right next to the beach too where Antony Gormleys 'Another Place' is if your looking for something a little strange and artistic. Ive been here before professionally when I was hired for the wedding of Mr & Mrs Davies and in all weathers just looks great to me as the weather comes in from the mersey.

This time round, I had the privilege to photograph a very good friend of mine with his lovely fiancé Nat. Not a fan of hugely staged photo's (who is?) I assured them both we would be as natural as possible. My photoshoots are about the couple and its important they interact with each other, NOT ME. My job is to capture the moments, the cheeky smiles, the 'looks' and most importantly try and make it as fun as possible!

Heres just a small selection of some of my favourite shots from the day.
